Get 3, Go Free Program (“program”)

PROFESSIONAL MEMBERS:

A professional member in good standing (“qualifier”) must recruit three (3) reporters for CalDRA professional membership in exchange for one (1) full professional convention registration.

Eligible reporters to be recruited consist of reporters who have never belonged to CalDRA in the past, or members who have held a lapsed membership status for at least 12 months.

A full professional convention registration is defined as the professional track seminars for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of the convention weekend. Seminars which require additional payment are not included in the full professional convention registration.

The qualification period for the program commences yearly from March 1 to January 31 of the following year. The redemption period commences yearly for the month of February (convention month).

The redemption of full professional convention registration must be redeemed within two redemption periods. The qualifier must notify CalDRA no later than February 5 of the year they wish to attend the convention.

If no convention is selected by the qualifier within the two redemption periods, the qualifier forfeits their full professional convention registration.

If the qualifier recruits in excess of three (3) professional members in one qualification period, the qualifier will be entered into a lottery for a $50.00 CalDRA credit to any event of the qualifier’s choosing. Each professional member in excess of the three recruited will result in one (1) lottery entry for the qualifier.

The winner of the qualifier lottery draw will have 12 months to redeem the $50.00 CalDRA credit.

All professional members are eligible to participate.
